What data we collect
We only collect the data you actively provide through the contact form: your name, email address and the contents of your message. For technical and security reasons, the server also logs your IP address and user agent at the moment the form is submitted.
We do not use third-party analytics, advertising or social-media tracking on this site.
Why we collect it
We process the data you submit through the contact form for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you grant by sending the form. The IP/user-agent log is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in preventing abuse of the form (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
How long we keep it
Your message and contact details are retained for as long as necessary to handle your request, and afterwards for a reasonable archive period. Server logs are kept for a limited period (typically up to 30 days) and then automatically deleted.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be processed by the providers required to deliver this website — the hosting provider (TransIP) and the email provider used to receive your message — acting as data processors under appropriate agreements.
Cookies
This site uses only functional cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the site:
- lang — remembers your preferred language so you don’t have to choose it again on every visit.
- gis-theme — remembers your chosen light or dark theme.
- cisession — a session cookie used by the framework to keep your form input between requests and to validate the anti-spam check.
We do not use any tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. Functional cookies are exempt from the consent requirement under Spanish regulation.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@mi-sitio.es. If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Changes
We may update this privacy policy occasionally. The date at the bottom of this page reflects the latest revision.
